Correct. Circled below. Mt Carlton Operations economics accrue to Navarre from 1 October 2021 per the acquisition presentation 05/10/2021 and EGM 15/11/2021. Plenty in the pipeline to look forward to in the medium to longer term. But I have not seen an announcement that completes the acquisition just yet. Nor have I seen one from EVN of Completion of Divestment. So unless that happens then it is not formal yet... should be soon though.
If anyone is interested I've pasted the EVN Sept Quarterly results below... I'm assuming BAU for Mt Carlton production wise for the Dec quarter results. So NML is looking at revenue from 29.3 - 34.3 koz for the rest of the FY instead of the full guidance of 45-50koz of goldproduction at an AISC of A$1,650-1,700/oz(1) for FY22.
