I must say- this is the elephant in the room here- getting completely ignored. This is a distressed asset bargain sitting right here- administrators may be compelled to sell this off for a song. Cyl is 100% in the game for this. I'll be VERY VERY VERY surprised if we don't own it by the end of July. No way is nml going to flog off mount Carlton. What would be the harm in caps raising for it?
