Jay, the only thing that I can see holding up commissioning is the local council regulatory approvals. By MHMs admission it is out of MHMs hands. I am sure however they will have by now a good relationship with the council.
Agree - comissioning will add to the sp as another box is ticked.
IMHO I expect Alcoa and MHM to sign a MOU with expected time frames,tonnages and capex subject to various points.
One question - If I was Alcoa would I just happily sign up knowing that my competitors will do the same or will I try and control the technology ?
