nmp - when will the penny drop, page-14

I may be reading way too much into this but, update from 3/12 stated:
"Large sections of the upgraded processing plant in Geelong have been commissioned. These operations have exceeded expectations."

Given the lack of processing that appears to have been undertaken due to the upgrade for NMP - perhaps the expectations that were exceeded relate to the NMP upgrade.

Surely you don't upgrade a whole plant without testing the technology on a smaller scale to see if it works?

Surely you don't negotiate contracts without seeing if the technology works?

I may have just added one and one to get three, but this is how I see it.
