That someone would actually go to the effort of taking a report for another company.
Then use this report to input their own data and "make connections".
Then based on that report and their assumptions and comparing come up with the value they came up with.
Helmsec did that report when AFR where 36 cents. They are currently what? 26 cents off the top of my head.
The speculation in that report deals with so much more then some of the details listed by our poster.
If the poster in question is going to show what NMR could potentially do in regards to AFR or how its undervauled in comparison, perhaps they should also mention that AFR isnt actually trading at $1, it is actually trading at 30% discount as to what they were when mentioned.
I have a broker report for ARU valuing it at $3.64 whilst it is trading at 37 cents. Does that mean I grab any REE company, use that report and show how this new REE company is completely undervauled in respect to THAT REPORT failing to mention that ARU is actually at 10% of the valuation.
I just think some of the NMR posts are very skateboard user friendly if you get my drift.
