as far dilution is concerned, each has gone to earning accretive acquisitions or vessels/rovs,including employee options. to be fair, how would we acquired the talent otherwise ? when the value and earnings exceed the cost, i don't class it as dilution per se, as it is with raising for.less profitable reasons.
