I'd also like to ask given the current position (Which just prior to THE RUMOUR 14/09/2010) was not much different to the position currently and how the knock back of "confidential approaches by various parties" was in the shareholders best interest given the similar circumstances?
Given the current similar circumstances can these approaches that were "so uncertain and conditional" now be brought to the table in the interest of transparency so that we might know they were not in the shareholders best interest?
At the very least it gives an alternative scenario to the Cap raising so shareholders can see a takeover really is not an attractive option and show the BOM really is on track?.....might inspire some confidence?....
