I think what he is probably saying is that;

1. Neptune purchased USUS in 2007 for 17.4 Million USD and lost money from day one.

2. Neptune then sold it 4 years later for half a million bucks

3. They sold it back to the same guy that they bought it off......

4. He then renamed it back to USUS because Neptune Diving had such a dire reputation

And just to add some icing to the cake they give him 10 years exclusive rights to the Nepsys bespoke technology.
