Yes thats what I thought too! But that's why I asked the question about timeframe of their price target. Usually its a 12month period but im not 100% sure.
I am buying up sub 50c anyway. NMS has a lot of likely annoucements coming in the next 1-2 months. The one I anticipating the most is the possible contract for the second vessel. If NMS got a $4.5M contract for an $8M vessel I think the $38M should be a good one and help in a big way with a SP re-rating. Furthermore, not much was said about the BP icon on the investor presentation for the $4.5M contract but it could be a hint to the contract partners for the second vessel. I am speculating but could happen. In any case, I think its undervalued.
