Given the Chairman has recently converted his Con Notes, my bet is a capital return/special dividend.
It is a great way for the directors, assuming they hold plenty of stock, to reward themselves and shareholders at the same time.
Bought a few at 17.5c yesterday, happy to add next few weeks as opportunities present.
