Had a look at the chart again. Two points stand out.
1. First is the EMA 40: If we look at EMA 40, all along the bull phase there have been bounces as soon as price retreated to the EMA 40 line (yellow arrows). I can see it from Nov 2020. The first weakness appears Feb 2022. The stock recovers, bounces once off the EMA 40 (but on ordinary volume) and makes an all time high. Ever since then EMA40 has acted as a resistance line and the price pulls back as soon as it touches EMA 40 (red arrows). It has of late increased in frequency. If it does break this resistance we can expect the price to meet the down slope much higher at 1.2 AUD
2. Volume profile: We can also notice that the price is fast approaching a sparsely traded area in the volume profile (horizontal block). There is not much defense here. Looks like that could be the goal. To smash it down through this area. Could be a potential buy zone since right after we start seeing long bars again.
Which of the above will happen? Time will tell. Short term it is bearish in all the ways I see it. Let´s hope for the best.
