If one lucky enough to have 1,000,000 NMT shares, this translates to 0.00183824% of the NMT cap and say the New Com issues 40 millions shares then the in specie shares issue will be 73530 shares. Somehow it will not translate into the same value had Barrambie not be demerged I feel.
