As I read it the company (NMT) will transfer some of its cash into new co so it’s adequatly funded until cash flows from DSO. I don’t see any fund raise IPO we simply split the share so your percentage holding in new co is the same as that in NMT and put new co in funds suficent to cover its costs until DSO cash flows.
Barrambie and the cash deposit in NMT is after all our asset being part of NMT share, there is no loss or gain in transferring that element out into a new co and no dilution to us as shareholders of both entities after the split is how I read it
One of the priorities of NMT management is to return value to shareholders, they are not therefore raising funds or diluting our holding by splitting the share, it simply puts Lithium in one box and Titanium in another, assets we already own as shareholders in NMT.
