I can fully appreciate your position in this situation, trust me I've been there.
Negative comments are a key part of managing risk and making informed decisions with where you put your hard earned money. I like to think of them as constructive criticism.
In regards to the cash dwindling, you can keep up to date with this through the quarterly reports etc.
I am aware of the buy back, and this does put into question a more serious issue, who's interest the board was acting in when they considered this. All IMO, DYOR (particularly on the pros and cons of buy backs).
