Once they find a partner for the 2 projects, the sp will fly. But this takes time and who knows when it will happen. That is what weighs in on these investors' mind. Some have perhaps gone elsewhere to search for better return. The ann can drop at anytime just like GXY that came out of the left field. Signed contract for the next 5 years. That just means that demand is high for the foreseeable future. For cobalt, why mine if we could recycle?
