I thought I would start a new thread so NMT shareholders can track RIL & any progress that's made. For people who don't know, NMT is currently the biggest shareholder in RIL.

RIL holds several battery recycling licences through a daisy chain of deals from Critical Metals (CM) & Greenhouse Investments.

RIL is required to pay a 10% gross revenue royalty back to NMT/Primobius.

I decided to start this thread because I believe RIL might be on the cusp of something big, so fingers crossed it pays off for NMT shareholders. RIL is currently suspended from quotation awaiting an operational update & perhaps some financing/CR news. The ann is below & there should be a lot more news due over the coming months.

RIL might get their hands on LFP recycling technology through a project with the Sunlight Group. Who knows, RIL might licence that tech to NMT one day. Or, NMT/Primobius & RIL could partner in an LFP recycling plant at some point. There's a world of possibilities out there with this type of tech & business model.


Positive news from RIL in relation to construction deals for plants would obviously boost the prospects for NMT & would be proof the business model works. Shareholders would receive a royalty stream from any plant & at the same time, the value of the investment NMT has in RIL should grow. Primobius might get a contract to build some RIL plants which would be beneficial to shareholders as well.

RIL also shares a similar business model to NMT.


Obviously, positive progression from RIL for any projects turns my sentiment for NMT into a buy.

The current MC of NMT is $75m.
The current MC of RIL is $10m.
