I thought I would provide an update here for RIL. The suspension has been extended because both parties are still negotiating on the terms or conditions.
Below is from the ann today.

It says an "equity fundraising", so I assume it's a placement of some sort. Someone wants to throw money at RIL in return for a stake in the company.
Who would want a stake in RIL? Any of the entities I've mentioned in the below post.

It could be a new entity or something out of left field. Shareholders will have to wait another week to find out. I'll post an update here when more news hits the market.
