From the looks of it, the Chairman is selling 12M @ $0.12 in shares today, to convert to 60M shares @ $0.03 on 22 November via the convertible notes as set out in the 2014 AGM NoM.
Seems like a pretty simple investment decision on his part IMO.

Chairman Sold his 12M chunk ..to raise cash .. to pay for Converting his 60m Notes at 3c into Shares
He sells them Cheap becouse he is getting new Shares at 3c .. great deal for him.. not a Fund or BRoker Dumping due to Hidden problems in COY
NO Problems in the COY ..all is Good to Great..
Just large Shareholder /Chairman shuffling around his Assets .
perhaps some others will Follow him..so 22 Nov is.. D Day ...for the notes ..
I expect that's when NMT will show a strong recovery . ..post the Notes Dday.
no more Conversions = no more Sp sell down.
