But at current prices you would think now would be the time to start the buy back... Unless they are aware of some market sensitive info (like a significant upgrade in resource or updated improved DFS numbers, or partner negotiations for Titanium project) which would prevent them from starting the buy back under Regulations.. This is my theory, hence I am buying at every pay check at these prices!
