I think the drop in the british pound has cut into overseas growth, and hence the modest uptick in overseas revenues. The figure to watch should be overseas month on month subscription volumes and not just revenue. Noting that the british pound is at a whopping 168 year low which cannot be blamed on mbe.
This may partially explain the modest month on month revenue growth.
