Yes it will be good news if MOF buy the other 50% as it will show confident. MOF is try to focus on aust assets so that is a possibility with the sale of those 2 buildings in US for US545mil. Plenty to pay off some debt and buy the other 50% of Martin place.

sp has been capped quite hard at 20c i notice... so it is a possible someone is accumulatin b4 the news arrive.

anyway i am comfortable holding MOF for now. More upside than downside atm imo.
