Well it seems the shorters/bots haven't given up yet - may need to wait until the next quarterly announcement (or an interim announcement) confirming progress of resolution of the pond issues and achievement of nameplate. Plenty of time to top up, and in the meantime Audax's excellent data mining () will give a great insight into how things are progressing.
