I guess it depends on your outlook - some people are the glass half empty type, others are the glass 80.6% full type.

And yes, they are sitting pretty compared to those that have just started the journey. The uncertainties of construction and start up are behind them - yes, they have a little way to go to get that last 19.4%, but it is in sight, and with the cash rolling in, they are not going to die trying. And yes, with that cash rolling in, they have a non-diluting expansion path open to them that will add economy of scale and diversity of product offering. Not a bad position at all...
