I guess plenty of other have also noticed that there has been no company share sales since 4/11 (other than some options exercised on 25/11). In the same time frame the share price has increased from $0.445 to around $0.68 today, a rise of around 65%. Recent history would show us that the company has consistently sold shares into any significant SP rises, but not this time (or not yet).
So what do we think is the reason for this, there may be many reasons and I hope the more sensible board members will list them for our edification however having spent a while pondering this situation I've come to the following conclusion.
Prana believes that the upcoming results will be so positive that it will either
1. Be able to raise as much money as it needs at a far better price than the current SP or
2. Expects a partner deal with Big Pharma that will not require any more capital raising due to the rivers of cash that will be made available :)
