    Just talking to the rellies

It was good to hear that due to the Gas (W.A.) and water pipe line, made out of steel of course that Tube Makers Australia in Unandera are making. (Southern suburbs of whats on in wollongong). Port Kembla No.6 blast furnace is going to full capacity (Around 80 to 90%) you can`t run it flat out. To supply them with steel. ( better than 30 to 40%).
The washery (Cleans the coal) Plant B is already in full production. Plant C is in weekend production(2 days ) but will be set to run Wed. Thur. & Friday (5 Days).
Coke ovens ovens have increased due to outside contracts for coking coal and to supply more for the blast furnace. It was expectecd it too will run close to full production.
We need to keep this in prospective that No.5 Blast Furnace that has been put on hold and is in completion of the reline is not being utilised. This still means that the steel works is running at 50% capacity.

I just thought it was a nice HC posting
