    Regarding the lastest MJP ASX announcement, dated 21/01/16 (announcement can be viewed on HotCopper, but still not published on MJP's Investor section website): The 18,420,333 shares in question have been transferred to the New Zealand Venture Investment Fund by virtue of their interest in the No 8 Ventures Fund. The No 8 Ventures Fund has now distributed the MJP shares it held to the beneficial owners (ie investors in the No 8 Ventures Fund), hence their disclosure to the ASX.
