No Accountability

Greenland suffers from that they are subsidized by Denmark. The politicians are paid by the taxes of the people of Denmark. The taxpayers of Denmark do not have a say in how the subsidized politicians perform their duties. The taxpayers of Denmark have no say in how their tax money is spent when allocations are furnished to Greenland. The Greenlandic politicians have no responsibility or accountability to the taxpayers of Denmark. So, they can do as they wish. The politicians in Greenland are practicing governing without repercussions for their actions. Their salaries are guaranteed. The real people who suffer are the constituents of the government of Greenland. They get the pieces of what is left from the allocated coffers from the taxes of Demark. Since the money to run the government is given freely from the government of Denmark there is no accountability for the actions of the current politicians who are in office.
