As to the selling of shares and participation in a SPP, as far as I know the decision about either to participate in a SPP or to dispose ones shares and the timing of such disposal should never have to be based upon the need to escape oppressive or discriminatory conditions and requirements. An ordinary person with a normal level of education and reasonable knowledge should be entitled to participate in any SPP and to receive his or her entitlement.

Job done move on. There is no doubt that certain aspects of the SPP are a fait accompli, but the thing may not be entirely over yet as the courts at the request of ASIC can order Focus to issue a certain amount of new capital and to reopen the whole SPP process, but this time for the exclusive use of those shareholders that have missed on this accasion.
