Just received from the Bermuda Registrar of Companies the following reply to my follow up email...…………………...
"Certificates of amalgamation would be found on the company file.
Our records show that the companies have not amalgamated."

Confirms that Gold Mountains/NKP/Zijin have not submitted application to amalgamate and or application fee not paid. The question is WHY?
Can only assume that they are stalling in order to frustrate NKP shareholders. The Registrar has not indicated that application has been submitted and awaiting processing.
