As most would have read by X last night - this is a typical "shake the tree" strategy by Z and their predictable lawyers R.  They have until March 2019 to lodge an application.  So they are stalling to test resolve and funds.  I know i have both and so does the Minority Group - was of time Z and R.  Get on with it - you know the longer it goes - the more noise this represents.  The more noise this represents, the greater the likelihood others will follow in our footsteps against aggressive Chinese tactics.  Show some maturity - and send a signal to the world - alternatively, keep doing what you're doing and receive no respect from the world.  I think you will choose the latter
