Thanks for that jlpeal1 but would that be irrespective of the listed stock exchange requirements for reporting of the individual participants?
If in the specific case of FAR (to whose shareholders even small changes in status may be relevant and whom we are assured would be in a fully informed position with respect to progress), would not an agreement have to be reached within the joint venture to ensure that the local ASX guidelines with respect to reporting material change are not breached?
