If a Judge is busy hearing cases when does the Judge get time to write up the decision? Having seen the length of decisions issued to explain the Judges thinking on precedences I know it must be a reasonable amount of time that the Judge allocates to this task.
My thinking is having to hear other cases and write up decisions on them as well with very little time to do it means that it may equal = "No Announcement anytime soon".
