Of course you "thought" tesla was doing something with NVX.
You can blame the crazy bullish sentiment in this forum for giving so many people that impression. If you want a sensible and rational view of the stock, you need to do your own research, not read the absolute uninformed bullish garbage in here.
Nobody could justify the $700m MC, nor could they justify the rally from 70c to $2. It was just another buy the rumour, sell the news trade.
IMO this will be well under $1 in no time.
