Your point is very important! I really wonder what will be the fate of the DPMG patent. One must know though that Tesla doesn't put everything into the public domain, their most valuable inventions will be kept as trade secrets. So 2 important things to watch :1. Will Tesla keep its cathode manufacturing process as trade secret or not?2. Will be any legal problems between Tesla and Novonix because of the DPMG patent and Tesla's process?
