From 18/07 announcement
"GQG Partners Inc. (GQG Partners or the Company) (ASX: GQG) is scheduled to release its Half-Year Results for theperiod ending 30 June 2023 to the Australian Securities Exchange on Thursday, 17 August 2023."
I think their report will be good, shouldn't be any surprises (positive or negative) as they pretty much have continuously updated shareholders on flows and FUM which is appreciated.
I believe their offer will come sooner rather than later given PAC haven't announced whether they are urging shareholders to vote in favour or reject the current proposal as they are obviously in contact with Pacific Current. My guess is that GQG have probably have engaged an investment bank/consultant as to how to best structure their offer (e.g cash offer, shares or a split). I believe their offer will be likely at a decent premium to Regals.
