Meerkat whilst there is much in what you say and TIVAN progression has always been slower than hoped for TNG put out a very detailed ann at the beginning of the year outlining the refinements made and stages for completion. They're on top of it.

I also take comfort in the time WOOJIN took over the DD and the fact they have significant background in meturalogical processes. I beleve they have satisfied themselves as to end results. It jusy needs to be completed for BFS purposes. Commercial conditions will cover that off in my view.
