Well said Mr Plough. My understanding of the probable time line for the completion of a binding offtake agreement is at least a month from the date of the non binding MOU and probably two months. These things take time to be documented and then the lawyers can take forever as draft contracts go backward and forwards. In the meantime as correctly pointed out many times by Meerkat, the lack of progress on finishing the CSIRO studies on the TIVAN process is a risk factor that cannot be completely ignored. So where to next?? Simple really DTs should head for the hills and Investors should sit tight.
