I don't think an announcement today would of been price sensitive anyway probably production liner cemented in place, think the rig will be on location till at least mid November. Also if the flows are lower than hoped I don't think ENI will pull the plug on further expenditure in the permit area because in the environmental submission they will consider hydraulic stimulation for future wells.
