Imagine they released 12 tcf total, the place would
have burnt down in dissapointment.
Sellers are being soaked up, nothing earth shattering
about drop.
The field size is as big as the other 2 monsters
in the vicinity.
If you had a lottery ticket for a million bucks, this ticket
will be your best chance of winning.
Remember it is not, 20 tcf in the middle of no mans land,
with little exploration or success.
The is prime realestate and the market is paying a premium
for this.
