Lost me on that one. If you believe MEO is a good bet, then buying on weakness is the MO you need, not waiting for an upward trend based on just "speculation". You are in or you are not.
For some, e.g. the DT's, it makes no difference if MEO is a goer or not, they will be in and out if there is quick money to be made. Of course, those "DT like" trades indicate nothing and only help the feeble to make up their minds...
