    just wondering what you guys think, if there is no deal and we have to raise cap via SPP, do you think with such a tightly held stock we could raise the 15 mil, i know they could probably allow for over-subscriptions, i'd have some extra cash to throw at it but i wonder how others would go?

    your thoughts?
