CAPITAL RAISING UPDATE
12th October 2009, Melbourne: Pluton Resources Limited (ASX:PLV) provides the following update regarding its capital raising program.
As set out in the announcement of 29 September 2009, Pluton has been in discussions with a number of entities regarding a potential investment in the Company.
Finalisation of due diligence and investment terms has not been completed by the stated decision date of 9 October 2009.
Pluton is pleased to advise it has appointed Austock Corporate Finance Pty Ltd to advise in relation to the Company's funding alternatives. A further update will be provided to shareholders once this process is completed. Consistent with the 29 September 2009 announcement one of the alternatives involves offering a share purchase plan to existing shareholders.
