I guess RRS can just swallow up CTR altogether since RRS has a much larger MC at more than 100mil and CTR at around 8mil. The share price can easily be dragged lower to make it cheaper so you have a lower base to buy CTR from.

Seen this before with DML, if you look at the chart of DML before being taken over from a much lower base.

Of course this is all speculation, this after all is a speculative stock in combination with the the fact that the company not providing timely updates.
