I don't think it will be US or british, as they have first dibs in iraq, which have just opened thier oil fields to outside companies to apply for tenements. So who does that leave.... spanish, french, russian, chinese, south american companies.
he he maybe they will raise 20 mill $s with 200billion shares issued at 0.1c???
