I think you've described it pretty well, Ram.
I didn't want to admit it but I came to the same conclusion. Almost every day brings news of the effectiveness of new vaccines (plural).
Today it was that the AstraZeneca vaccine gives a strong immune response in those over 70, which is exactly the group needing protection the most. Again; once infected and recovered or vaccinated; NO NEED for a test.
(Completely separately, I am alarmed by the silence from the other company meant to be testing the COVID test...Chinese?)

That is not to say the whole exercise is for nought.
I'm sure a lot of contacts made and things learned can be applied by Anteo to the development of their Sepsis test and probably others (Troponin?) Sepsis cannot be vaccinated away and will be an ongoing need. Same goes for heart attacks.

On the other hand, continued silence from the battery section doesn't help market sentiment, either.
Changed my sentiment to "Hold". If the silence continues next week, it may change to "sell".
