Well, I tend to think that Bill buying a few shares is a token gesture which is pretty much saying to me that he hasnt managed to secure offtakes but he still confident that he can get the job done. But like some have already said on this BB, time is ticking.
I wonder how much money is left and when it will finally dry up?
