Regarding the trading halt, I suspect capital rasing too as with recent activity, the $2.5M or so left was not going to last very long. So this shouldn't really be big surprise to holders and given the relative postitive sentiment for gold at the moment, the timing shouldn't be too bad. At the current share price however, the offer would need to be a sqillion shares offered at around 5 cents.
But as Flyman says ... the biggest find ever would be an even better scenario!
