FMS should definitely go ahead with its own legal appeal against the injunction to a higher court...

1) Egrova cant win this case, it is groundless.

2) If there is corrupt interference, then those behind it will not want to be revealed. They will not want Egrova put in the box. If would be hugely embarrassing, damaging and liable if Egrova turns out to be some sort of government FIRB process.

3) With Egrova in the box, she will have to say what damages she expects to cop from the takeover and what settlement figure she would accept to drop the matter. ($10,000 maybe? 20% gain!)

If FMS proceeds with its own legal action, the "heat" will reach the source and the media will be scrambling. Viktor wont give up either. So expect Egrova to drop her law suit against MMK before the FMS appeal.
