no approval in january?

Could the market be anticipating an approval in late Feb or in March? This would still be "early in 2014". This would explain why they aren't rushing in to buy at these levels:further SP falls are expected over the next month.
If the SP is being driven lower by manipulators,then why aren't more jumping in to take advantage of this opportunity? Market conditions are good and the biotechs are becoming more desirable.
Despite the great developments made by ISN,the market has a long memory and it is probably being cautious.Seeing is believing.It needs sales and an approval to play here.
No matter what,the SP is weakening now and another 10 cents drop seem highly likely.Those regarding this assessment as unrealistic should perhaps start buying eh?
