As many have said, its not WPL`s position to compensate FAR.....and that was correct
when this PE business first started.
But as time has moved on, WPL`s is in such a winning position with it`s initial investment
.....perhaps COP have taken the back seat and compensation from them is no longer
part of the discussion as WPL can put themselves in a WIN WIN position.
If WPL had to compensate us the $430m or whatever the equivalent of the COP sale was.....
medium to long term, it would still be a very good investment for them.

Funny yesterday i checked WPL`s retail offer which ends in March sometime as their institutional offer has now been completed and felt comfortable this is all connected......so thanks Hot for putting
together a great post and we can be assured, once all this uncertainty has been lifted...... FAR can be recognised again for the 11 successful wells , which is not reflecting in our SP that much.
